Mr. Justice Wise as conveyed in paragraphs 21 and 22 of my letter of the 18th. instant. No person and less so has a Judge

the right to take the law in his own hands and the libellous insult as well as unprovoked severe assault committed upon me by the high Court Functionary mentioned is such as to necessita-

te my again addressing the Government upon the subject.

of the witnesses present when I was assaulted by His Honour Mr.

Justice Wise.
